After growing up in less than ideal circumstances in Siberia, Elena Perminova has emerged as one of the "it girls" of the fashion scene. Growing up in poverty she had some brushes with the law due to her ex-boyfriend who forced her to peddle drugs for him in clubs, she has emerged from her dark past and is currently in a long term relationship and has had a child with Alexander Lebedev, a Russian billionaire who helped her and her family with Elena's legal troubles when she was 16.

Elena's ability to wear just about anything is almost uncanny. She transitions from sweet, simple looks to the most avant garde and dark looks with ease. With a innocent face and a wire-thin figure made for couture she has made it clear that the Russians are back and giving even the most seasoned street style celebrities a run for their money. Watch your back girls, the Ruskies are in town.

Smittin for Stone

Every so often a girl comes along and sets the world on fire. She just has that certain quality that, without even saying a world, you want to know more about her. Right now, that girl is Emma Stone. Luckily for us, when Emma opens her mouth she usually makes everyone laugh (notoriously saying in her Vanity Fair profile her only vices are "wine, sugar, and black tar heroin").

So why are we all smittin for Stone? In a world post Lohan, we want a girl who is wholesome, all American, the girl next door. Emma is (almost) our answer to that. She may very well be the "girl next door" but she's the girl next door you have been helplessly in love with for years. She may be wholesome but you know she can tell a dirty joke with the best of them. She may also be all American, but not so much that she looses her worldly glamour.

With her stylist Petra Flannery, Emma has managed to solidify herself as one of the most stylish actresses in the world. With her wardrobe ranging from J Brand to Chanel Haute Couture she wears everything with a sense of ease and confidence. Don't Call It a Comeback

Bette Franke

Bette Franke come onto the scene in 2005 as a fresh faced new comer and walked an impressive amount of shows and got covetable print work. As time went on she was doing less and less work and was almost forgotten. Then, this season Bette came back in full force walking in a staggering 54 shows. She opened for Antonio Berardi, Akris, Barbara Bui, and most notably Valentino (who smells a campaign?). Her long legs, pouty lips, round face, and bright blue eyes may have made her a casting directors darling, but her ambition has clearly made her the it girl of the season and thee one to watch come spring campaign time.

Love it, or hate it, the Victoria's Secret girls are invading high fashion. Miranda, along with Candice Swanepoel, Izabel Goulart, Doutzen Kroes, Karolina Kurkova, and Gisele Bündchen took the Spring 2012 shows by storm. However, the one who's star shined the brightest was Miranda. The married 28 year old mother of one managed to stomp the runways of some of the most exclusive and coveted shows, showing her high fashion chops. When not working it on the runway, she was showing off her impeccable street style with husband Orlando Bloom. Watch out for Miss. Kerr. I have a feeling she might be snapping up more than a few campaigns and covers this coming season (and I'm not talking about lingerie).

Girl of The Summer

Without a doubt, Emma Stone is my girl of the summer. She seems to be everyone else's too. What other girl had such a big summer? The cover of Vanity Fair and Elle in the same summer? Superstar for sure. She was busy promoting Friends With Benefits and The Help and she was everywhere. If I thought I loved her before, this summer made me simply love sick. From young frocks to mature gowns she covered the entire style spectrum, but without looking forced or like a fashion victim. She is now in the group of women who in my mind are the most stylish in Hollywood.

Little Miss Perfect

As if most of us weren't at our most emotionally vulnerable during this swim suit season, we had to watch Rosie Huntington-Whiteley tour the world looking like some extra terrestrial creature who simply lacks the ability to look bad. The studio wanted someone to make everyone forget about that other Transformer girl (who? no seriously, who?) and well, Rosie and her stylist Cher Coulter worked their asses off to show us that supermodels can take jobs from actresses just as easily as actresses are taking jobs from models.
